Get to know Elise
In April 2019, Elise Letavish along with partner Saeed Ashrafzadeh opened Ashling Kitchen & Bar. The followng year, in October 2020, Elise was diagnosed with stage 1B breast cancer. Elise and Saeed struggled to keep Elise healthy in the midst of COVID-19 while also keeping their young restaurant afloat. Thankfully, today, Elise is in remission and her passion is to uplift and support women battling with similar challenges.
